Hi! I’m Lisa! Thanks for visiting my site.  I am an in home personal trainer. For our sessions I will come to you with all of the equipment you will need for a challenging and effective workout.

With a personal trainer you can expect to receive:

  • Fitness assessments which include tracking weight, body fat, BMI and body measurements
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Goal setting and help reaching those goals
  • Personalized training routine tailored to your body

I got into this business to help teach others about living a happy healthy lifestyle. I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in sport psychology.  I also hold certifications in CPR and first aid.  I live and breathe sports fitness and fun.  I grew up playing competitive soccer, basketball and softball. I endured some pretty serious injuries and spent ample time in rehabilitation working hard to get back to my athletic potential. That is when I realized I wanted to be a personal trainer. I know what it’s like to have a goal. Sometimes it may seem like hard work but once you reach it, you feel awesome and unstoppable! I want to be that person that sticks by your side along your journey to health and fitness. I want to help you reach your goals that you have been longing to reach but just never quite got there.  Sometimes all you need is that extra push or someone to hold you accountable.  Let me be your support system. I would like to share my knowledge with you to help you reach your goals with safe, effective and fun workouts.
